Shipping & Order Pick ups
Orders may be picked up in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia or at any events we are vending at if pre-arranged. You will be contacted to make pick up arrangements when your order is complete.
Orders can be shipped worldwide via Canada Post. Costs will be automatically calculated by Canada Post at checkout based on the weight and size of items purchased and shipping method chosen. If I am able to ship your items for a significantly cheaper cost, a refund for the difference will be issued.Small items, such as stickers, air fresheners, etc. can be sent lettermail with NO tracking. If you select this option and your items are NOT small enough to be sent this way, you will be contacted to pay the difference for the correct shipping costs. Failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled.
*CP STRIKE* - In the event that Canada Post resumes striking, I will use alternative shipping methods. Please contact me for a quote, I can not set these alternatives up to automatically calculate shipping on the website. Sadly, this also means no lettermail options.
Please remember, this is a one person small business, eating shipping costs is not something I can do a lot of, the flat rate options I offer cost me more than they cost you.
Payment Options
Online you may use a variety of credit cards, PayPal, or e-transfer. Pick up orders can also be paid by cash. At in-person events, credit card, debit, e-transfer, or cash will be accepted.

Order processing & Delivery times
Orders of in-stock items are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt. If you have made a custom order, please allow sufficient time for your item to be designed, proofed, supplies ordered, and item(s) made. Pre-order items also require time to make.
Delivery times are dependent on Canada Post and their partner carriers in other countries.
Damages & Lost Packages
If your package is lost or damaged, I will submit a claim through Canada Post and do my best to get a replacement to you as soon as possible. Please contact me to start the process. For damaged items, please include photos of the damage that I can submit to them.
